Puppy Classes
Classes take place at A Dog’s Life’s Learning & Enrichment Center - 455 Lake Michigan Dr NW Suite 15, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.
Each class meets for 4 weeks and costs $129 unless otherwise specified. Registration is only guaranteed upon payment. Your registration attests that your puppy will be up to date on all medical requirements by the start of class. You can view all of our class policies here.
We require the following vaccines: 2nd round of puppy boosters (Distemper/Parvo), Bordetella, and a Negative Fecal Exam. Fecal exams can take a few days to process, so please plan accordingly.
Puppy Social Enrichment
Parallel play is a dynamic teaching tool for puppies up to 5 months old. It allows for observational learning, confidence building, and teamwork while also providing a foundation for stable social skills. These sessions provide novel experiences involving all senses in a group environment. Cost is $25 for current class members; $35 for non class members’ first session, then $25 per session after that.
Puppy Foundation
For puppies up to 5 months old, this course will focus on building a solid learning foundation by teaching core skills such as Leave-It, Stay, Recall, and Place. We will also practice important social skills by allowing the puppies to interact and play while supervised.

Puppy Agility
For puppies up to 8 months old, this class will go over sport foundation behaviors and exercises, and will begin introducing age appropriate obstacles. Great for building confidence and focus!
