Intermediate & Advanced Classes

Classes take place at A Dog’s Life’s Learning & Enrichment Center - 455 Lake Michigan Dr NW Suite 15, Grand Rapids, MI 49534.

Each class meets for 4 weeks and costs $129 unless otherwise specified. Registration is only guaranteed upon payment. Your registration attests that your dog will be up to date on all medical requirements by the start of class. You can view all of our class policies here.

We require the following vaccines: Distemper/Parvo (2nd round for puppies), Bordetella, Rabies (for dogs over 4 months), and a Negative Fecal Exam. Fecal exams can take a few days to process, so please plan accordingly.

Youth Skill Building

Monday 9/8 at 8:00pm with Nikki

For puppies up to 8 months old that already have foundation skills and need more social and environmental practice for proofing. We will play games that simulate real-life situations and focus on working amidst distractions.

Adolescent & Adult Skill Building

Friday 10/10 at 8:00pm with Nikki

For dogs over 8 months old that already have foundation skills and need more social and environmental practice for proofing. We will play games that simulate real-life situations and focus on working amidst distractions.

Walk This Way

Join Waitlist

Strengthen leash skills for both handler and pup with innovative and proven methods. We’ll also build handler focus by learning games and activities that reinforce being near you, even amidst distractions.

Advanced Skills (CGC)

Join Waitlist

Refine leash walking, solidify stays, and really sharpen your dog’s skills in this advanced training class. The final week may include the AKC Canine Good Citizen test if desired.
